Idée Fixe is a French agency with more than 30 years of experience and a staff of about forty employees located in Granville, Paris and Nantes.
She designs and realizes custom-made projects in France and abroad of architectures:
Ephemeral: stands, pop-up stores
Sustainable: shops, offices, restaurants, showrooms
It accompanies its clients (food, industry, services, health, wine, spirits & luxury) from the design to the manufacture of their spaces.
From sales representatives to designers, members of the technical design office and workshop craftsmen, the members of the Idée Fixe tribe are there to bring projects to life, in accordance with the desires and ambitions of its customers.

Job description

Reporting to the Sales Director for our Paris branch and a true ambassador of the Stands d’Idée Fixe offer, your missions are the following:

Act independently on the sales cycle to market our offer: prospecting, qualification of your customer databases, identification of needs and decision-makers, presentation and negotiation until the signing of contracts
-Retain your customer portfolio
-Participate in your clients’ and prospects’ trade shows


Profile required

We are looking for a salesperson with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the world of stands.
You like customer relations and bring value to your customers: essential elements to perform with us. We are looking for profiles who wish to sell value, to be very attentive to their prospects in order to have a tailor-made commercial approach.

SALARIES AND OTHER INFORMATION :

  • Position based in Paris 15th. Regular travel in Normandy, Granville. (headquarters)
  • Remuneration package consisting of a secure fixed salary and an attractive uncapped variable.

Conduct of the interviews

If your application is accepted, we will first offer you a telephone meeting with the Sales Director and Idée Fixe partner and then a second physical meeting with another of the three Idée Fixe partners.
